Hello dear

130 marks is not a good marks to get a seat in Government Medical College or not even private medical colleges.
For example, last year marks required in private medical college like Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur was 432 marks for a seat for a general category student whereas it was 397 , 261 for obc and sc respectively.
so you can not get even private medical colleges.
