No, you can not . To get a medical seat in Andhra Pradesh you need to score atleast 340, if you are from the ST category.  To get a dental seat, you need to score atleast 331, if you belong to the ST category .

In 2018, the cut off of AI quota was 421 for the Mbbs colleges and 391 for the BDS colleges .

For the state quota, mbbs-bds cutoff was the lowest for the ST, AU quota, which was 375.

I regret to say you that the chances of getting into medical or dental colleges both in government and private colleges is quite rare for your marks. It is advisiable to drop out and prepare for a year if medicine is your passion or else go to some other good streams.
