Hello Dai, No, you can't get admission in any of the government colleges in Karnataka through all India quota. The 2018 cutoff for the last  OBC candidate was in ESIC dental college, Gulbarga and he had scored 517 marks. I don't think you would be able to secure a seat in any of the colleges in 370 marks. I suggest you apply for private colleges if you can afford it.
