According to the marks you have mentioned in the question your category percentile and rank is expected to fall between 92.9-93.1 and 24585-28735 and your expected overall percentile and rank would be lying in the range of 87638-104788. On the basis of this rank it is quite difficult to get any of the NITs even with your category as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you might qualify for JEE-Advance according to previous year's cut-off which you can check out from the link given below :-
