Dear Nicy, if you haven't joined the allotted college after Round 1, it means you have forfeited your seat and you now have no seat offer at hands. So you are eligible for AP State Mop up round. NTRUHS hasnt released any official notification regarding Mop up round yet. The unfilled and vacant seats from the Central pool need to be transferred to the State authorities. Please watch out for the official notification at their official website from 2nd week of August
