That is a nice rank, but Anna University counselling is completely based on general ranking. Community rank is useful for reservation purpose. Every particular category have certain reservations. For this rank you can get whatever college you want and whatever course you want. But there are extremely less chances for Anna University (CEG campus) and Madras Institute of Technology (MIT), especially Computer Science Engineering.
