You did not mention which entrance exam you have taken, so it is bit difficult for me to predict your chances. But I'll try my best to help you.

If this is your TS EAMCET rank then it is very difficult for you to get into VNR VIJET even in b category.

If this is your JEE Mains rank then your chances are extremely low to get into the college that too through  2nd phase spot admission.
