See during counselling process sit will be alloted to you on the basis of category rank if you belongs to any reservation category now in your case as you belongs to EWS Category so your EWS rank would be taken into consideration for counselling. According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
