Kalinga Institute of technology and Jay Pee are both private colleges and are very good colleges in terms of placements, campus life, sports ,labs . As you have mentioned you have Cse and It choice . In my opinion you  should go to Kalinga Institute of technology as you are getting Cse there . Cse and It are not exactly same difference lies in some subjects .  Both colleges have good Nirf ranking but I think Kalinga Institute of technology is best choice. I Hope it will help you.

KIIT is quite ahead being placed at 48 rank given by NIRF.

Though both are good and highly rated colleges,but seeing the ranking and average package I would suggest you to go with Kalinga,rest it is up to you.
