As per AP EAMCET cut off for previous year  , you may get the the following colleges for Pharma D:

• Nirmala College of Pharmacy, Atmakur-90516
• Andhra University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Visakhapatnam-122451

But, you need to remember that every year the cut off can vary due to several factors like seat capacity , difficulty level of exam etc.
