I got ews rank of 7592 from Uttar pradesh in jee mains, which college can i get?( can i get cs in any top 20 nit's)

Hello ,
Yes you can get CSE branch at NIT campus. Most suitable will be lucknow as you can also use home state quota which will give you some relaxation in cutoff.
You can also try for IIIT campus but it is hard to get CSE branch.
You can also try for other NIT campus like patna , Srinagar , Mizoram , kharagpur , arunanchal Pradesh.
