I hope you are doing good . With reference to your query, I would like to tell you that if you have failed for first time in 2019 which means you have passed your 12th in 2018 . From 2018 to 2021 , their will be gap of three years in your last passing qualifying exam .  You have to make gap certificate justfying your reason to get admission into college ,it would be very diffcult for your take admission in college. It will be new attempt you have to apply again in open school
