Following are the cutoff scores in GATE 2018 for civil engineering at IIT Kanpur.
You can refer this list for an idea of cutoffs in 2019.

Hydraulics & Water Resources : 700
Environmental Engineering and Management : 722
Structural Engineering : 758
Infrastructure & Engineering Management : 738
Geoinformatics : 668
Transportation : 677
Geotechnical : 734

As you can see, you've pretty good chances to get into some of these branches.
Structural engineering usually has the highest cutoff so that could be a bit difficult to get in.
