yes , if you are getting 21000 in UPSEE you can easily get JSS noida in 2nd round of counselling for sure.If you want cse branch than you may get it on your 2nd round of counselling but in 3rd or 4th round you will get it for sure , and talking about other branches ,you will get them easily.
