To tell you about your exact admission possibilities in any college would be tough since the cut-off varies every year based on various factors but the previous year's cut-off can give you an idea about the admission possibility.
Now, as per your rank you'll be eligible in some of the lower NITs like NIT Mizoram, Srinagar etc but you won't be able to get the top branches like CSE,IT etc. If you could have mentioned your state I could have told you about your chances in your home state NIT, but the odds look good that you'll get seat in it in decent departments.
You can also get admission in IIITs like IIIT Dharwad - ECE, IIIT Kalyani - CSE etc. These are some of the IIITs you'll be eligible for.

You should also try for state level counseling where you can also get in some of the most reputated government colleges of that particular state.
