Hi, since you have 39398 EWS category rank so on behalf of your rank you can get into the lower most NIT but sorry to tell you that on this rank you can not be able to get into IIIT. The NIT's I'm mentioning in which you can try to enroll yourself;

For getting a seat in nit, iiit, gfti you must have a CRL under  1.5lakh.scoring CRL of 2 lakh + decreases your chances in getting a seat in any of the nits, iiits, gftis. But don't get disheartened as there are many other private colleges too in which you may give a shot. For a list of some colleges please refer to the link mentioned below-

Hello aspirant,to get a good nit or iiit your crl rank must be below 60,000 as there are around 55,000 seat in nit's and iiit's so  their are very or no chances getting a nit or iiit with the respective rank.

Furthur you can try in CSAB round which occurs after JOSAA counselling for the seats in case left during the counselling.

You should try for your state top colleges.
