Yes! there is a chance! and to be honest, the thing that i got in Mock seat allocation 1 was the exact thing which i finally got till round 7. However, i can't be 100% sure about it. It depends on your luck too. But there is a chance for sure.

Yes you can get IIT in mains round too. 

It may happen that you won't get this seat in Round 1 or 2 but I think and I am confident you will get IIT at the end of 7 th round. 

So don't loose hope and wait for the result of Mock Round 2 .it Will make things more clear.
