Congratulations on your JEE Rank.According to previous year cutoffs and trends the last round cutoffs of OBC category in other state quota ends under the maximum rank of 20000 (approximately) for Gftis and you rank is 49409 which is far from the range of this rank hence you are not eligible to get admission in any college under JoSSA counseling.

But if you consider your HOME state there can be some chances and also you can try your luck by partcipating in CSAB Special counseling for better chances.
