The qualifications marks for jee mains  for GEN category  is 89.75 for GEN (EWS category) is 78.21, for OBC-NCL is 74.31, for SC is 54, ST  is 44 and 0.11371730 for PWD candidates.

If you fall in these category than you can apply for josaa and jac counselling.

Sorry to say you but this is a very average rank. Yes obviously you can apply for jossa counselling.but it is quite impossible to tell which branch you can get or not but you should apply for those branches
