It is good that you got a good rank in JEE Mains . Since you got 30332 rank in the exam and you also belong to OBC-NCL category so you can apply for admission in NIT's as well as IIIT's. But as far as the admission in NIT's and IIIT's is concerned you may or maynot have to compromise with CS and IT branches but for other branches I can assure you can get one into any of them.

I suggest you to apply for normal NIT's and IIIT's rather than top NIT's and IIIT's in case if you want to pursue B.Tech with CS and IT branches.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
