Based on your secured rank in the category of OBC. You can get into some of the good NLUs. Now as mentioned that you want to join NLU cochin. Last year number vacancy was as follows:-

General - 20 seats

State Merit(Kerala)- 3 seats

SC Kerala- 3 seats.

 As you can see that the number of seats is very less. However, you still want to join this college, then I would recommend you to keep a watch on counseling details of this college and find the number of applicants they call for the first round of counseling, from there you can get an idea of your chances of getting into that college.
