I suppose that an obc ncl rank of 6040, is a bit too much to get admitted to any IIT. However you can give a try for other colleges which gives admission on the basis of JEE advance scores. These colleges are good enough and most importantly are central lukl RGIPT, IIPE IISC, etc.
