Dear SSA,
With OBC-NCL rank of 5900 in JEE Advanced I think there is very less chance of getting new IITs(no chance for older IITs). If the seat capacity increases, there will be increase in the chance, otherwise you can try for IISTs, etc or good NITs using your JEE Main score.
