According to your rank , it would be tough getting good iit's , however you can go for counselling , you might get a lower branch in new iit's/BHU/Dhanbad mining , ceramics , metallurgy  etc in the last rounds . However you can try for other colleges that offer admission on the basis of JEE Advanced .

JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to colleges other than IIT which are these  - IISC Bangalore , IISER ,IIST Thiruvananthapuram , RGIPT , IIPE .These are all national level research institutes and all are institute of national importance so you can try for them also to get admission .

Your rank is very high as compared to previous years obc cutoff, according to the previous years cutoff maximum 8000 is highest for the last IITs and other big colleges.

But you can try for government funded institutes or institutes under central government there is some chance of admission like:
