Step 1: Fill in the Application form

Candidates willing to apply for Utkal University Entrance Test need to fill in the application form. The application fee is Rs 600. Application fee for admission to MTech is Rs 1000. Candidates must note that the fee can be paid only through the following modes:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Internet Banking 

Step 2: Download Utkal University Entrance Test 2019 Admit Card

Candidates who register successfully for the exam will be allotted admit cards. The same will be available online which test-takers need to download from the official website of Utkal University. The original admit card needs to be produced at the exam centre. 

Step 3: Appear for Utkal University Entrance Test 2019

Candidates who receive their admit cards will be eligible to appear for the Utkal University Entrance Test. The syllabus of the entrance test will differ on the basis of the subject for which the candidate has applied. The test will be conducted in an offline mode. 

Step 4: Check Utkal University Entrance Test 2019 Result

Test-takers can expect the results within a month from the date of examination. The same will be displayed online and candidates can download their scorecards from the University’s official website. 

Step 5: Group Discussion & Personal Interview

The University conducts Group Discussion & Personal Interview for a few courses. This entirely depends on the course selected by the candidate. For the courses where GD and PI are not conducted, admission will be granted on the basis of marks obtained in the University’s entrance test.
