Yes, to hold the seat you must select option 2 and pay the specified college fee allotted in second round. In second extended round if you are allotted seat in better preference the seat allotted in second phase will stands cancelled. You cannot claim the seat allotted in second round. If the seat allotment in second extended round remains unchanged then the seat allotted in second round will gets confirmed provided you must have paid the prescribed fee.
