The minimum criteria for getting an admission is VIT Vellore is a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, chemistry and maths.

VIT also gives admissions based on the 12th marks if-

• You are a district topper in +2.
• You are a topper in any of the state boards in India.

They are taken under Star Student scheme and given 100% scholarship.

But the criteria is - Aspiring candidates should have obtained an aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate).
