Hello Anwar,
First of all congratulations on your result, that an appreciable effort from you. Coming to your query, with the rank that you have specified, you can easily get a seat in Mechanical at GITAM...vizag. In the previous years, the closing rank has been around 20k-25k. So, that wouldn't be problem for you to get a seat there. Hope you could easily make a way into it.
