As we know that cut-offs for this year has not released yet so I am guiding you on the basis of previous year's cut-off. So, according to previous year's cut-off for MIT Manipal campus it is little bit difficult to get IT with the rank you have mentioned in the question because the cut-off for last year was 3191 but note that cut-offs keep on changing every year depending upon various factors.

But although you can get IT branch in MIT Jaipur campus because it's last year cut-off was 20,944 and you have just 4,760 so there are very high chances.
