Last year, the closing rank for CSE was, 1893. So, its quite evident that the posibility of you getting CSE in manipal is quite less.Same can be said for IT. There is slight chance for ECE. you can get rest all branches easily. Nevertheless, don't lose hope as counselling processes are quite unpredictable. along with it, keep searching for alternate options.
