Getting  an admission in any Engineering college is mainly based on your category.As you didnot mention your category we can not say that you can get admission in particular college or particular branch. As you need ECE branch in JNTUH  go for other counselling.

It is possible for you to get a seat in ECE branch in JNTU Hyderabad only if you belong to SC/ST category because the closing ranks of these two categories are within the range of your rank. I would suggest you to go for second councelling and as you have a great rank it is possible for you to get in any other top college and ECE branch. All the best
