i got seat in kcet first round and i choose option 2 can i participate in extend second round or not by holding the first round seat ?

Yes you can participate in the second round of the counselling if you are looking for a better option other than the one you have already got.  In case you dont get a seat in this round then the seat allocated to you in the first round will be marked confirmed so choose wisely.
