Dear student,

Hope you are doing great. So, the mop-up round seats in general were given to the students, who are left out after completion of all the round. There is no such cancellation option. It at all, you do not wish to take the seat, then just drop it out. It will be allotted for some other students, who wish to pursue this seat, in a particular college.

Further, the amount you paid will not be refunded, as you got a seat and never joined. So, no need to worry, if you do not want the seat, just leave it.
