Dear Shubham, DMER has released a notification for 2nd round of UP MBBS/BDS Counselling. To opt for upgradation, candidates have to resign from their seats of Round 1 counselling on July 26th. Only then will you be eligible for an upgradation. For more information, please visit our page at:
