Though AIATS has same pattern as NEET, but the level of difficulty of AIATS is much higher than NEET.
With 250 in AIATS, you can exPect a score of 400-450 in NEET. Try scoring above 400 in AIATS.

I used to score 400-410 in AIATS and got 570 marks in NEET.

PS- Aiats is not a correct criteria to predict your marks. It all depends on the level of paper and your exam temperament.
