Predicting the exact qualifying score and the rank is tough as JEE Main exam is being conducted twice a year for the first time. However, as per your NTA score, your expected rank will be around  240,989 - 270,989.
It should be noted that  the Overall Rank Predicted is on the basis of the expected total number of students i.e. 1150000 appearing in the JEE Mains April Session.

Your chances would be less to qualify for the JEE Advanced exam.
You should appear for the JEE Main April exam and aim to score better in that exam.
