Hello Aspirant,

With 40% or more visual disability you are not eligible for admission to medical course but there is a condition and if you somehow manage to fulfil that condition then you can be eligible for admission to medical course under PwD quota. The condition is :-

"Person with Visual Disability of more than or equal to 40% may be made eligible to pursue MBBS course and may be given reservation, subject tot he condition that the visual disability is brought to a level of less than the benchmark of 40% with advanced low vision aids such as telescopes/magnifier, etc."

So if you can satisfy the above condition then you are good to go for admission to medical course through NEET UG score under PwD quota otherwise not.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!
