If a student reject  his allotted seat in cap round 1 in Neet counselling for MBBS or BDS courses then he will not be  eligible for cap round 2. Cap round counselling is Centralised Admission Process is  restricted by MCI. Every step of CAP round is control by the rules of MCI.

It'll be better for you to wait for the next year and try for the best.
