Hello Aspirant

There are particular conditions to give the NEET paper or you may say there are some criteria's ... eligibility criteria

And the main one is that 

The subject must have completed 10 + 2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in both classes XI and XII from a recognised board.

But you are non-medical student, so you can't give the NEET.
