I had appeared in jee mains in 2017&2018 however did not qualify for advanced. If i apply in 2019 in mains am i applicable for advanced?

Sir, I had appeared for my class 12 in both 2017and 2018 but cud not get 75% if i appear again in 2019 am i applicable for jee mains?
