I had commerce as my generic elective for 2 years, being an eng hons student. So how can I persue for masters in commerce now? Please tell since I really wanna do masters in my Generic subject only.

Hope you are in the pink of the health and doing good.

Absolutely yes, you can pursue masters degree in that GE subject. If you choose the same general elective subject for 4 or more than 4 semesters, you can do masters in that particular subject. Also, you get a minor degree certificate in that particular subject (but only a few colleges provide this).
