If you have registered for the state counselling of Maharashtra counselling and have already paid the registration fees, then your application should be confirmed. The site must have not been updated and therefore might be still showing as pending. However, if till tomorrow the status remains as pending, then contact the authorities conducting Maharashtra counselling and inform them about the issue.
