Well what actually you do want to do first of all try to think this thoroughly. You studied and gave exam the 1st time, it didn't worked out, you gave it another try it still did not work out, are you patience enough to give it again a third try? Most of the people do not have this much of patience just by thinking that if you fail the third time, what would you do then? So think it throughly first.

Why don't you try going for courses other than mbbs? There are a lot of scope for other courses as well like bds, bpt for say. You might get a semi government college or a private college. 

It's your call. Just think what actually you want.
