Im sorry to say but it is not at all possible to get Agriculture for 18903 rank. Not only agriculture but veterinary and horticulture is also not possible. the rank required for agriculture should be less than 2000 to get a seat. If you are willing to do agriculture only then you have two options. You can either do long term or go for management quota. All the best!
