Hii divesh
No you cannot apply or even appear for the entrance examinations conducted by the university of Delhi for pursuing bachelor's in management studies, Bachelor's in business economics or bbafia . You should have appeared and must have passed the mathematics exam of class 12th boards to be eligible for the test.
