I had taken admission for bsc agri but within 15 days I leaved the college what code should I prefer for filling form of neet

Since you have not completed the course of Bsc Agri so it will not at all be considered in your educational qualification and also since you are not continuing the course which means you will be considered as a dropper in NEET. 
So your highest qualification as of now will the class 12th.
SO the suitable qualification code for you is02.
