Your NEET score is quite less for admission in BAMS, BHMS, fisheries etc. courses. The cutoffs are a bit higher generally for these courses ( and for MBBS and BDS, of course).

The cutoff marks do vary as per number of registrations and scores of applicants, though.

I suggest you to study for NEET 2020 and aim for better marks next year. Your admission is very difficult this year.

The cutoff for qualifying in fisheries and bams usually depends from here to hear depending on the standard of the question paper whether it is tough or not and the relative performance of the different candidates would usually a score of around 300 with a minimum of about 280 is required for you to qualify for this speciality and it is usually safe to score in excess of 300 forcible 322 get into the branch of your choice in a secure manners since the cut offs may vary and it is always better to score a bit higher. And cutoff to get bams is around 420+ for general category.
So, looking this scenario your chance to get a government college is negligible.
