You have fair chances of getting admission into AIIMS. According to the previous year's cut off, 99.5 percentile was the cut off for general category,94.5 was the cut off for SC category.

You are above the cut off range and have a good chance of getting admission in AIIMS.But according to me you won't get AIMMS Delhi,you may get other AIIMS.
