For Maharashtra state, there are total 41 Medical colleges.Out of these 23 are Govt. medical colleges where as 18 are Private/Semi government medical colleges.

Similarly the number of seats for govt colleges: 4130, For private colleges: 2020

Please note that: With 420-425 in semi government medical college in Maharashtra, in the OBC category but to get a seat in Top college score must be round about 490 .

And For Govt. medical college it must be minimum 520.
