Hi aspirant, 
Considering the level of competition a candidate must score at least above 450 in order to obtain a seat in a decent medical college.  Doing a medical degree in a low rated medical college is of no use,  therefore do not go for obtaining a seat in private medical colleges with  huge donations.  If you are determined to have a medical career in your life,  work hard and prepare for neet appear next year,  score high marks and pursue your medical career in a good college.

As you have mentioned that your neet score is 232 marks. But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, let me tell you that if you fall under Unreserved category, then your chances to get a government college for BAMS course in Maharashtra state is almost negligible.. But if you fall under reserved category, then you have good chances of getting a government alied colleges for BAMS course in  Maharashtra like: KGMP, Mumbai and SGRA, Solarpur with 150 and 123 marks respectively...
Now, for another option if you fall under general category and hold ews reservation, then you can get a seat in government alied college, because 10% seats are reserved for the ews reservation candidates...
